Only reason for a 4 for the room is because people above was stomping away sometimes and it was loud downstairs (second floor). Otherwise perfect stop over place for our road trip. Check-in was a breeze with super friendly service. Room was nice and spacious and smelt new/clean. Showers were pristine and well kept. Beds were comfortable and we managed to get some sleep when the stomping above us reduced. Room comes with a bar fridge/freezer (tiny freezer that was packed with ice, but we didn't need it). No microwave, but you can go to lobby and use if you needed. Breakfast was the standard fair, but just what you need, and if that's not good for you, then you can walk to the McDonalds down the road.

Beds are firm with extra warm comforters (Hampton Inn standard). There is a lighter blanket in the closet. Side sleepers are out of luck. Breakfast includes fresh cooked oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. Great location next to the Tesla Charger. Helpful staff. Blackout curtains so effective against parking lot lights that morning arrives with no change in light. For the chemically sensitive, it’s a mixed bag. Fragrance free linens is a huge plus, but there is some scented carpet freshener residue. Avoid the ground floor rooms - they use Febreze after dogs stay in a room. The plug-in fragrance emitters in the lobby and by the elevators are truly awful, so eat breakfast in your room.

My family and I stayed on this property in Aug 2024 for 5 nights. During this timeframe, we didn't run into any major issues with our room and with the property itself. Normally, I try to find certain Hilton properties to stay at [i.e., Hilton Garden Inn (which was right down the street from this hotel), and Homewood Suites]; however, the Garden Inn was more expensive and lacked some of the amenities that this hotel offered, and Homewood Suites doesn't exist in Great Falls. Regardless, I was pleased with the decision made on staying at Hampton Inn Great Falls and here's why: First and foremost, the customer service (employees) were great. Although I didn't receive a friendly welcome by the female employee when we arrived the evening of 9 Aug 2024, it was quickly made up by the friendliness of another front desk employee, Richard. Normally, when you walk through the lobby area of most, if not all hotels, a "friendly" employee would say, "Good Morning or Hello," or something to that effect. Some of the other front desk staff didn't exercise this; however, Richard did not skip a beat on practicing this during his shifts, clearly showcasing his professional, yet friendly persona. I also had the privilege of receiving some exemplary (friendly) customer service by the two individuals at the breakfast station (Kathy and Orion). I really enjoyed how personable they were; Kathy visited each table to have a small, welcoming conversation which was great to hear some of her stories. Both of them were very attentive and highly efficient in their line of work! Of notable mention, there were two older females who were part of the cleaning staff (one of them was constantly working hard and going up and down the floors; the other was the one that seemed to clean the first floor areas)...I didn't get their names, but kudos to them as well - super friendly! Next, the room itself was nice - I'm always nervous about hotel beds because of the comfort level and bed bugs. Needless to say, our room didn't have any bed bugs, nor were our beds uncomfortable by any means. The pillows weren't my type but they are the standard pillows you get at most hotels. This room included a logical utilization of space with the furniture and in the bathroom. The water pressure was phenomenal and we even had a touch of "home" because the shower handle and faucet were the exact model we have in our house (yay, Moen). The one drawback from the bathroom was the sink; the water didn't drain well. Did I contact the front desk for this? No. Could I have? Yes. This clearly wasn't a showstopper for us, nor did it ruin our entire stay...so we just adapted and overcame that obstacle. If it was the shower, then that would've been a different conversation. The hotel is at a great location; however, I'm not a fan of the "lack of" view from either side of the hotel. Basically, the even-numbered rooms face the business area, main street, and the hill that the airport sits on top of. The odd-numbered rooms face a residential neighborhood and train track...which by the way, I didn't hear a train come through at all during our stay (I was nervous when I arrived and saw those tracks). The hotel prices were adequate; I was slightly shocked to see the prices a little more expensive than the ones located in larger cities, but it didn't break the bank either. The digital key worked well, except trying to use it to access the gym - we had to obtain an old-school card from the front desk to get in the gym because our digital key kept reading the laundry room and pool areas which were nearby. The hotel WiFi was magnificent and I had zero issues using it. Overall, we enjoyed our time on this property. Being from Las Vegas, Nevada, it was a drastic change in scenery and lifestyle...but I appreciated it...especially since we had the opportunity to visit family during this trip. As mentioned earlier, no major issues on my end and I highly recommend this property to everyone.

I spent 9 days at this Hampton Inn and it was perfect. I live in EST so I'd wake up at 4:00 AM. (6 AM my time) and every morning the coffee was hot and fresh. Plentiful coffee in the morning is top priority. The breakfast bar has many options (more than some Hamptons I've stayed at) and it is monitored for cleanliness and replenishment when things run low. The location is just a few minutes from town, there's a Smith's grocery (Kroger) across the street and a steak house with a good salad bar also across the street. The staff, all of them, were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and didn't feel "old and tired". Parking was adequate. We are returning to the area later in the year and will definitely stay here again. All in all it was a great stay.

Nicely renovated. Very clean. Great check in. Nice staff. Located near good range of restaurants. Only wish it was an easier trip to downtown and museums, but great overall.

Our kid and her school stayed here for wrestling. She managed to loose her wrestling shoes, bright pink ones, and a few other things. Before we left town my husband and I stopped into see if the room she stayed in had been cleaned yet. It had not been cleaned, so the front desk attendant took the time to go up to the room and check for us Fortunatel/Unfortunately the girls room was clean. She did find her missing shoe on the school bus that we were not able to check. I did not get a chance to grab the front desk person's name, who went out of her way to ease these parents minds before we left town, but were very grateful for her going over and above to see if she could locate any of our daughters missing items from that trip.

Room is a bit dated. Carpet in the room should be deep cleaned or removed and replaced with a cleaner option. The bathroom is well designed but needs a deep clean as well in the shower door track area and all caulked joints. Otherwise, the room was cozy and clean and the bed was comfy. It was also nice and quiet in the top floor end rooms which I very much appreciated as a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and accommodating and it looked like the breakfast spread was more than adequate. I overheard people saying how good their waffles were. I attended a conference at this hotel's conference facilities and can say they were very nice. The bright lights gave me terrible headaches though. They could have half the lights on and it would still be too much. The air conditioning works great...I was freezing most of the time. It was a great setup, the conference hosts could have made it more comfortable.

I work and travel a lot, and nearly every time my comes with me. I took note of this Hampton because they were very friendly with my dog. Didn't overcharge me, and gave him a little bag of goodies which was really cute. I'd definitely love to come back.
